My name is Damien Allbon.
I am an Australian didgeridoo player, breathwork facilitator, and space holder focused on grounding, nervous system regulation, and personal wellbeing. My journey with the didgeridoo began as a personal healing pathway and has grown into sharing sound, vibration, and breath practices with others in both individual and group settings.
I work with breath awareness, vibration, rhythm, and sound immersion to help people reconnect with their bodies, release stress, and find calm. My approach is practical, down-to-earth, and accessible to everyday people rather than clinical or spiritual extremes.
Alongside music and breathwork, I have been involved in men’s personal development work, including participation in men’s groups and leadership processes connected website with the ManKind Project (MKP). These experiences have supported my growth in emotional awareness, accountability, and authentic communication, which I bring into the spaces I facilitate.
My focus is creating safe environments where people can slow down, breathe deeply, and reconnect with themselves. This includes sound journeys, didgeridoo meditation experiences, grounding sessions, and collaborative healing events with other facilitators.
I also share content online through videos and social media, documenting my journey with the didgeridoo, sound exploration, travel experiences, and personal growth. My intention is to inspire resilience, presence, and wellbeing through vibration, breath, and connection.
